Indian Cooking with Mukesh

When Mukesh first moved to the U.S. from India, he had minimal cooking experience. When he encountered an especially delicious meal at a restaurant, he would ask to speak with the chef. More often than not, the chefs were eager to share their secrets.
Over time Mukesh has integrated dozens of these tips and now has developed his own cooking style. This results in wholesome, homemade, well balanced, vegan, zero cholesterol, low-fat, flavorful and delicous meals.
In this 3 hour class, up to 5 people can join Mukesh in preparing several of his (or your) favorite dishes. Then you'll be able to taste your finished product, and take some samples and your new knowledge home to your family.
