Join us on a virtual food journey with our Cooking Up a Blue Storm Series. $40 for the 2 remaining classes!
September 6: Mediterranean Sojourn with Joan Quigley. Joan will show us how to create some Mediterranean specialties, including bouillabaisse, a homemade pesto sauce, and a delicious salad dressing.
September 20: North Indian Feast with Mukesh Dave. Cook up North Indian vegan delights with Dave Mukesh!
Completed - August 9: Vegan Dim Sum. Lisa will demonstrate delicious mushroom, chive and tofu dumplings, a refreshing green tea mojito and a sticky rice bowl.
Completed - August 23: Tucson Tacos and More with Denise Mainz. Denise will demonstrate her Tucson tacos, along with some delicious and easy sides including beans, Cabo rice and guacamole.
Completed: August 30: Garden to Table with Yanina Maloney. Cook along as Yanini shows us how to make a squash blossom appetizer, gazpacho, turmeric garlic chicken and a roasted peach feta salad
$25 per person per class, or $60 for the 6 remaining classes in the series.
All proceeds will go to Sara Rodriguez (Wisconsin Assembly District-13).
